SecurityCoverage Apps Selected for Competitive Carriers Association App Store

SecurityCoverage, Inc. today announced that its SecureIT, Password Genie, and FileHopper mobile apps have been selected for inclusion in the Competitive Carriers Association’s (CCA) “Carrier Approved” Android App Store. SecurityCoverage’s apps provide antivirus protection, anti-theft features, digital identity and password management, and cloud-based file sharing that CCA members’ customers need to protect and maximize their Android smartphone and tablet experience.
The CCA “Carrier Approved” Android App Store is a branded mobile application store delivered through its US-based mobile carriers to individual smart-phone owners. The App Store is focused on delivering a quality, not quantity approach towards mobile applications. Consumers get peace-of-mind knowing the apps on their devices are safe and certified, while carriers open up a new opportunity for revenue as well as building brand recognition and customer loyalty.
With mobile malware up more than 2000% in the past year consumers need to protect their devices from digital attacks.
