Over the last few years your feedback has confirmed the need to develop our monitoring solution(SCMonitoring) our hosted email (SCMail) business internet security (Tech Office), and more. It is also helping drive decisions on potential future products as well like: managed services and identity protection. Your feedback has also led to us creating better marketing materials including how-to videos, shareable social media content, stronger campaign materials and more.
In addition, we gain good insights into areas we could improve. We take your feedback very seriously. Over the next few months we will take that feedback and apply it in our strategic planning. Improving support across the board, further developing our products, and increasing your bottom line are top priorities for us.
